Who says healthy habits can’t fun?! Join us for Chamele’s Finding Treasures Goodwill Extravaganza and Yoga! On this I Am Well Tour, we’ll explore healthy eating, healthy sleeping, healthy hydration, healthy sleep and healthy motion. We’ll learn how to integrate the Habits of Health into our daily lives as we hop on Chamele and travel to Goodwill stores in Celina, St. Mary’s and Coldwater, OH. We’re excited to combine the fun of the fun of making community connections, learning and shopping on this I Am Well Goodwill Extravaganza topped off by a pitstop lunch with the perfect “lean and green” meal!
